What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of People Development & Culture reporting directly to the Learning and Development Discipline Leader;
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in national and international learning and development projects supporting on the following activities:
Co-planning, design and delivery of learning and development projects alongside your tutor;
Organization, planning and monitoring of off and on live training activities.
Specifically, the trainee will:
- Support the preparation and launch of training, which includes the design of the communication materials and related reminders;
- Monitoring the participation rate;
- Set up of training classrooms with particular attention to the logistics and setting of training space and support to the trainer’s needs for the preparation of classroom materials – on and off line;
- Attendance and Feedback Registration and reporting in our database.
- Monitoring and updating the Learning Platforms, with a specific focus on our Learning Management System (LMS) platform;
-Organization and monitoring of any communication activities along with learning activities;
- Reporting and monitoring of training activities and needs. Specifically, the trainee will:
Update training data database;
Produce ad hoc reports on request;
Design presentations and reports on learning field.
Who you are:
You have a degree in humanistic or business studies (such as human resources, business, psychology etc..)
A master degree in Human Resources Management or learning and development is a plus;
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excels, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of design platform such as Canva could be required;
Your have a B2+ in English both written and spoken;
You are proactive, flexible, a problem solver, team worker and focused on results;
You have a digital mindset and you are focused on details as well as on the big picture;
You are passionate about training, learning and development, working with a great team, creating projects, designing contents and supporting people;
You want to design dreaming learning opportunity and amazing people development experiences.
Preferrably, you also have:
Previous experience in learning, such as tutoring other students, teaching in some association or having being in or leading student groups.
Basic knowledge of any digital tool.
