Role Profile
Borsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets, provides an internship opportunity within the HR Department as HR Operations Intern. The HR Operations team deals with the wide range of administrative pratices and services vital to support business activities.

Workplace: working from home/office (Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6)

Period: 6 months internship (starting from January 2021)

 
Role Responsibilities
The candidate will be dedicated to support payroll and administrative day-to-day activities for all the LSEG Italian legal entities. In particular:

Maintaining and updating employees database and personnel files
Preparing documents and reports relating to personnel activities/data
Assistance in payroll preparation by processing relevant data (absences, presences, leaves, etc)
Supporting employees with queries / requirements
Management of the HR System (Workday)
The candidate will have the opportunity to cooperate with the HR Compensation and Benefits Team and support them in data-management-related activities, comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications and salaries, using data and cost analyses.

Requisiti

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has:

Master Degree in Human Resource, Administration or related field
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in similar role will be considered as a plus
Good analytical and organizational skills
