Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets, provides an internship opportunity within the Compliance Function in Monte Titoli S.p.A., leading provider of efficient and secure financial market post-trade services, across pre-settlement, settlement, custody and asset services. Compliance is the second level control function in charge of implementing Monte Titoli Compliance Framework, taking into particular consideration the requirements set forth by European Regulations applicable to central securities depositories.
Workplace: working from home/office (Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6)
Period: six months internship (starting from January 2021)
The candidate will be involved in the following activities:
Supporting Chief Compliance Officer in compliance assessment and monitoring main activities
Drafting/maintaining compliance support documentation
Drafting ad hoc presentations on compliance topics/trends
Supporting in the preparation of compliance training
The ideal candidates has:
Master's Degree in Law, Economics or Finance
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong interpersonal skills
Team working attitude and proactive approach
