Digital Marketing and Channel Growth Intern

Generali is looking for a Digital Marketing and Channel Growth Intern, a young man or woman with a keen interest in digital and marketing, ready to work as a service designer support on all the digital projects, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and Channel Growth.

The right candidate has a proactive, self-starter mentality and is excited at the prospect of working within Generali’s dynamic, highly international Group Marketing team. She/he will gain valuable experience in service design (UX/UI) and digital environment, will help co-creating projects and contribute to making the initiative a company-wide success.

The primary responsibilities for this position include:
* Work closely with the GHO Design Leader and project PMOs in the definition of several design artifacts that will enable the target to achieve their goals and also business outcomes
* Insure the digital Seamless Omnichannel Experience value proposition, across all touch-points with which different users interact
* Attending project calls with different business units
* Helping with the maintenance and improvements of the Global Design System
* Helping with the management and content animation of a community of people
* Creating and working on presentations and support materials
* Supporting the Digital Marketing team with focus on identifying projects successes, best practices and deficiencies in order to foster continuous improvement
* Following Design Thinking and Human-centered Design principles to create effective, cohesive and engaging design solutions for Generali and their agents, customers and public users


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have:
* A university degree, preferably in service design or digital marketing disciplines
* Fluency in English (another language is a plus)
* Experience in digital and marketing projects
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
* Internationally-oriented, mindful of cultural differences
* Analytical, results-driven and gifted with an eye for detail
* Knowledge on Design System Management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
* Proficiency in Sketchapp and prototyping tools (e.g. Invision)

Nice to have:
* Passionate for Design Thinking projects
* Knowledge on design collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Mural, …)
