Within the CFO aea we are looking for a Group CFO Office support that will be supported by senior staff, collaborating on the activities managed by the office. The job holder act as PMO on the main projects within the Group Chief Financial Officer Area interacting with the other Group Head Office functions; collaborate in the definition of the TOM for the GCEO Mandates framework and manage the ordinary reporting process; collaborate in the management of the Intragroup Transaction policy process.
Key responsabilities of the role will include the following activities:
• He/She will support the Project Management Office (PMO) activities carried out by the office on the various projects of the GCFO Area
• He/She will support the definition of the new operating model for the management of the data collection process and subsequent preparation of the reports relating to the GCEO Mandates
• He/She will support regarding the policy on Intragroup Transactions: manage the relations with the entities of the Group; carry out the annual review process preparing the documents for the board; monitor the assessment at group level
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Graduated in economics, engineering, mathematics, physics or statistics
Functional skills and aptitude to work for projects
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Nice to have
Previous experience in Finance and Accounting
Knowledge of Project Management
