Undertake responsibilities to upkeep excellent facilities condition in a world class resort, covering Park, Hotels, and Disney show areas.
Architecture & Facilities Engineering – Lead the architectural and engineering design for existing facilities and improvement projects
Engineering Services – Maintain facilities in state of good condition, covering preventive and corrective maintenance, rehab and ongoing improvement projects for rides/attractions, hotels, buildings, offices, infrastructure, landscape, horticulture:
- Attraction Maintenance
- Central Shops
- Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance
- Building, Architectural & Landscape Maintenance
- Maintenance Planning and Budgeting
Facility Asset Management – Execute facility projects upholding our high safety and quality standards, on schedule, and within budget;
Integrated Facility Planning – Program Planning and Budget Control to support large-scale rehabilitation and asset replacement program;
Ride & Show, Scientific Systems and Quality Engineering – Oversee the safety and reliability of all ride and show related attractions.
2-year program in different FS teamsJob rotations across different functional teams in Facility Services including planning, design, procurement, project management, maintenance, and general management:
- Manager assigned for each trainee as mentor to provide on-job-training and coaching for professional development
- Career fast track to nurture professional engineer
- 10-week engineering training at another Walt Disney Park
- HKIE (Scheme “A”) accredited program for Electrical (ELL) and Mechanical (MCL) engineering
Post graduate opportunity across different FS teams: Maintenance, Design, Projects, Budget and Planning, etc.
Hold a university Engineering degree
Have not worked in a full-time capacity for more than 2 years
