As an Intern in this team, you’ll get an overview of all the activities in our HR Performance Culture.
Get involved in a large variety of HR topics and manage diverse operative projects
Support us to redesign our performance management approach
Take part in bringing our performance culture to life with providing enablement materials and activation plans to our diverse internal stakeholder groups
Be involved in our internal Customer Level Support by trying to solve their requests
WHAT YOU’VE GOT
Currently studying Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or HR related studies
Customer Centric Mindset
Project Management skills, time management and organizational skills are some of your biggest strengths, the quality of your work always stands out
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
