TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Being a part of the Nike Direct (Retail)team is about more than just selling product online.  It's about being a part of how Nike shows up to our consumers. It's about getting product in front of the consumer when they want it, where they want it and how they want it. As a Nike Direct intern, you will support the strategic vision of Nike Retail and execute the product assortment, delivering a digital shopping experience in a way that puts the consumer at the center while driving revenue and profitability. You will make it easy for consumers to buy and drive conversion.  You will support the team in building partnerships with teammates in Marketing, Buying, Planning, Customer Service, Territories and Global Digital Commerce to deliver a premium retail experience online to our consumers across our digital platforms.
As an intern in one of our digital commerce teams, your tasks and responsibilities may include:

•    Identify the latest trends in (digital) retail and the e-commerce world
•    Use trend data & consumer insights to simplify path to product journey
•    Analyze Nike’s current marketplace, competitors, and consumers, as well as market/consumer trends for value retail, and translate analysis and reports into practical recommendations and present your findings
•    Support team during retail moments and initiatives and develop a holistic view of path to product in e-commerce
•    Use Digital Analytics to track key business targets (conversion, traffic, demand)
•    Connect with business stakeholders in other departments, e.g. Marketing, Retail, and be a key partner to enable their business to grow

Requisiti

 3rd/4th year Bachelor or Master’s Degree student within Business Administration, Retail Management, Business Intelligence, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Computer Science, or other related fields
•    Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong research, technical and analytical skills, and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
•    Strong project management skills and ability to bridge between business and technology
•    Proactive, energetic attitude with a passion for e-commerce, retail, sport and fashion
•    Affinity with e-commerce platforms and applications and understanding of their business models
•    Eagerness to be an active part of the team, and ability to take ownership
•    Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Retail, E-Commerce, Technology, Project Management or Business Development are a plus (please include in your CV)
•    A global mindset and ideally a passion for sport

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST:
•    Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution)
•    Be available for a 12-month fulltime internship starting August 1st, 2021
