We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join our team for a 12-month internship (6+6), starting on October 1st. Our ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, show willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. The Nike Communications team develops, establishes, and strengthens authentic connections with diverse audiences through the lens of innovation and sport. The team creates premium and innovative brand stories, builds and enhances corporate reputation and brand equity, and engages audiences such as consumers, media, athletes, investors, non-governmental organizations and Nike’s own employees. The team focuses on information, inspiration, and connection to accelerate the growth of NIKE, Inc. Communications employees ignite conversations, envision the possibilities, and influence and deliver new levels of creative and strategic thinking to advance the brand around the world.

As a Communications Intern you will play a key role to support Nike in bringing innovation and inspiration to every athlete in the world. You will be supporting a team which attempts to foster the most efficient approach to our customers through digital and offline campaigns. This internship provides a challenging environment, possibilities to work cross functionally, and real job exposure that will get you up to speed if looking for a meaningful career in advertising, communications, and marketing.

Across the Communications function, your responsibilities may include:

Contributing to the work of Employee communication (assisting the team with proofreading communications, presentations, and newsletters creation).
Internal events support.
Supporting the execution of the external communication plans together with the communications team and the comms agency, working to create plans and activate them.
Being a consultant on the media mapping with the Gen Z filter to the identification of the media, platforms, channels, and voices that will resonate more with the young generation in the communication plans.
Operations support (Product orders, seeding strategy and execution).



Journalist degree preferred. Advertising and public relations, Marketing, Audiovisual communication, or other related degrees can also apply
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills such as entrepreneurship, curiosity, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
Knowledge of Digital publishing tools, Presentation tools and Edition tools would be an asset.
Interest in Social media and new platforms.
Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Corporate Communications, Public Relations and Advertising are a plus (please include in your CV). 
Passion for the Nike brand and sports in general.
