WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
The Strategic Planning teams keep the Company moving in the right direction by leading the strategic business planning process and spearheading transformational projects across businesses and geographies. Embedded in teams across the company, strategy professionals explore complex business issues; conduct consumer, competitive and market analyses; create financial models and develop action plans. The Strategic Planning teams help write the future of sport by charting Converse’s path forward.
Across the function, your responsibilities may include:
Reporting maintenance of the actual reporting portfolio in territory within regular and specific timeframe.
Data wrangling transition to new tools: Move Sell out data from non-corporative tools to the accepted ones (from Knime or Power BI to Alteryx) keeping a high level of accuracy and consistency.
Training sessions for reporting: Schedule and execute training sessions to teach the team to use and get insights from reports shared like AF, AD, and any other.
Help KA to get insights from data: Help on a business perspective to the KAE on getting insights from a Stock and Sales plan.
Student within Business administration, Engineer, Statistics, or other related fields.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Business and Data mining.
Excellent Excel, and analytical skills.
Used to think out of the box and dealing with a dynamic environment.
Skills such as data wrangling, visualization, and data analysis. Team player and openminded. Good communication skills.
Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related are a plus (please include in your CV).
Passion for the brand and sports in general.
