We’re looking for someone that is passionate about Creative Culture and understands Taste Maker and Influencer behavior and trends, to help build a diverse and inclusive community in London & UK, connected to the Converse Brand.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the Converse Influence Relationships Associate in the UK Marketing team, you will serve as a representative of the Converse brand and its connections, developing new and building existing relationships with taste makers and influencers across London & UK creativity.
 
You will be the voice of the community within the UK organization, supporting marketing plans and driving and executing day-to day operations. Disciplined teamwork will be key, driving a focused investment of your time to ensure territory and regional priorities are delivered.

Key Job Responsibilities:
•    Foster and cultivate relationships with community leaders and influencers across creativity, skateboarding and sports. Keep them up to date on Converse happenings and opportunities to partner and collaborate on plans, products or community initiatives. Not to be quoted as a spokesperson on the record unless authorized and trained by a manager.
•    Actively provide community insight and feedback to other function/department teams and support the development of the city brand strategy through team idea generation providing market observation to find new opportunities with influencers and communities in the market.
•    Organize and manage assigned projects and events. 
•    Work with Regional Influence Relationships manager to provide assistance to talent relationships on-site or online at special events, photo shoots and interviews. 
•    Communicate with Converse employees and partners, answer questions and supply community insights and information. 
•    Work with the Digital Community Manager and regional Influence Relationships Manager to administer allocated budget. This includes invoicing, producing reports, working with finance and updating team on a regular basis. Build and leverage industry learnings and relationships to push the brand forward through a creative and experimental digital agenda

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Influence Relationships Associate, collaboration is critical as you work to seamlessly connect Brand Marketing and our external facing All Star Community, managing external partners and agencies and working with the Wider Influence team to ensure alignment and consistency across the way we engage and service relationships.

The role reports into the UK Digital Community Manager and will work in close partnership with Marketing and Functional leads at UK and European Headquarters.
 

Requisiti

Experience in building brands and handling multiple projects across key consumer touch points (retail, digital marketing, social media etc)
•    Fluency in English is required
•    Strong interest in fashion, art, music, street culture and sports
•    Understand sneaker culture and creative culture trends in market
•    Good knowledge of Keynote and social media applications including Instagram, Snapchat and Tiktok.
