McKinsey Recruiting and Campus Management Intern | Paris

You will be based in our Paris office, integrated into the recruiting department.
 
You will collaborate with recruiters, campus managers, consultants and managers to recruit the best talent. You will have regular interactions with various contacts (candidates, consultants, associate directors, support teams).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will actively manage the candidate pipeline end-to-end and will be responsible for ensuring a first-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. 
 
You will serve as a main contact for candidates throughout and manage recruiting data using existing tools and systems. This includes candidate screening and cultivation, administering assessments, managing logistics and hosting interviews particularly for, and not limited to, efforts towards new sourcing strategies. 
 
You will be in charge of our campus recruiting effort from undergraduate and master's degree. You will work closely with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for connecting with them. You will develop and facilitate attraction campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to participate and drive ad-hoc regional projects such as improvement of candidate experience, European events, diversity topics in general, etc.

Requisiti

QUALIFICATIONS
Currently in business school or pursuing a master's degree in human resources
Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment
Team player 
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrates resilience, creativity and entrepreneurship
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent/bilingual in French and English (minimum level C1/written and spoken)
