In Maserati Parts & Services – Connectivity Team the Intern will help define the logical flows for the after launch ticketing program.
Interface with the intercompany Teams to adapt the process based on their needs.
Tasks and objectives:
Customer journey definition
Legacy tools to adopt
Troubleshooting for the 1° level of support
Team-working ability: the resource will be in contact with different stakeholders both internal and external.
Project management ability: the resource will operate in complex environment, will act as focal point and driver of the project.
Previous working/ stage experience in a structured organization is a plus.
Personal interest for the Digital / Connected world, being able to contribute with original ides is a plus.
Internship start: Feb-March
Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Information technology Degree
English B2 (equal or higher than)
Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint – GOOD
Google Suite – GOOD
Microsoft Project BASIC knowledge
