Maserati is searching for a new resource, to insert with an internship contract inside the Digital and Customer Experience team (Marketing department).
The new resource will have the responsibility of supporting the team for projects regarding the evolution of the Maserati retail experience, mainly online.
In the next years Maserati operations will always be more and more “digitalized”, thus bringing and amplifying offline experiences (such as the showroom visit or the execution of a test drive) into an online territory.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Support the Digital and Customer Experience team in the execution of these digital transformation projects
- Represent the digital and marketing team in multidisciplinary contexts (other teams most frequent involved: sales, information technology and aftersales)
- Analyze the results of the newly implemented technologies
- Bring innovative ideas into the conversation always with a grounded analytical approach
Bachelor or Master degree in communication (traditional or digital), marketing or applied psychology.
English – proficiency
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google services (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) is required
It is also required a generic knowledge or interest for:
Website CMS systems (Wordpress, Joomla, …)
Analytics tool (Google Analytics, SPSS)
Knowledge of video/photo editing softwares (Gimp, Photoshop, InDesign) will constitute a plus.
