The Junior Marketing Specialist will be joining the Trade and Consumer Marketing MOTO Italia team, supporting the Trade and Consumer Marketing manager in the following activities:
- Marketing budget management: definition, updates, invoice management, reporting
- Creation of specific tools to support our sales force such as price lists, product leaflets, product videos
- Collaborates with the marketing team and the Purchasing Department in the definition and management of marketing products purchasing tenders and for the participation to tender launched by IMF
- Collaborates with the marketing team and the Legal Department in drafting contracts with partners
- Works on the transformation of off line events, on line and media plan in order to create customer engagement (end user and dealer).
- Manages promotions aimed at consumers: promotions for the purchase of tires, challenges on social media
• Excellent knowledge of the MsOffice package, especially MsExcel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Passionate about the automotive/motorcycle sector
• Fluent English
