We are looking for a smart and curious web developer to join in our THRON Customer Service team.
The role of the team is twofold:
- Ensuring that customer's experience with THRON is successful thanks to constant conversation and support;
- Enabling colleagues from other teams to work through prompt and effective management of their requests relating to THRON or other systems involved.
The ideal Candidate is someone who understands and appreciates the challenges organization face in implementing and integrating cloud technologies. You have technical depth, customer-first mentality, proactivity, a strong problem solving attitude and motivation for working in a dynamic, fast-growing, learning environment.
All what you will do is:
- Assist our Specialists in resolving technical problems of our customers, (i.e. bad frontend configuration of our media player).
- Support Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams work through a proper configuration of our CRM, Sales and Service tool (i.e. Salesforce). Here, you will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs so as to enhance Salesforce accordingly.
- Promote adoption, keep current on new releases solutions and provide consulting and/or training for Salesforce inside the organization.
- Maintain and update Company marketing tools to increase Company revenue and branding.
