ICT Service & Availability Management ensures that all Services are performing on the basis of their expected performance and availability by steering the execution of Service Management processes through:

Integration and optimisation of Service Management related measures;
Provisioning of advanced solutions
Steering the prediction of trend evolutions and ensuring overall Service Quality

Team consists of people spread in multiple German and Italian locations.

Job location: Milan or Verona
Key tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a student willing to develop AI solution for data analysis, with focus on predictive analytics.

 Main task will be:

Data mining on Service Management dataset, analyzing cluster, performing anomalies detection and dependencies
Perform complex event processing, including, but not limited to, pattern detections
Help the organization gain hindsight on current strategic initiatives impact on operational processes through Business intelligence tools
Foster the definition of improvement opportunities aimed towards giving the best Service Quality towards the customers



Enrolled in the following majors: Computer Engineering (or equivalent), Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics
Passion in modeling techniques within statistics and/or optimization, such as data mining, artificial intelligence and machine learning
Experience in R and/or Python or other programming languages
Strong analytical skills
Creative thinking and a good problem solving skills
Ability to work in team with good communications skills
Attitude to work by project with focus on deadlines
Fluent English language skills (spoken/written)
