UniCredit Services is the global service Company of UniCredit that provides solutions in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Back Office & Middle Office, Real Estate, Security and Global Sourcing areas. The Company has about 10.000 colleagues and oversees activities in: Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, plus 2 branches: one located in New York and one in Singapore.
Transformation Office (TO) is responsible of managing and monitoring the Transformation of the entire organization, also supporting the CEO in the evolution of the journey and the culture of UniCredit Services going forward and in the monitoring of quality of services provided/received and of the Clients satisfaction. In particular it ensures design and implementation of special initiatives aimed at:
-supporting and monitoring the Strategy and Transformational Plan of UniCredit Services
-overseeing that initiatives aimed at achieving the MYP targets are properly implemented and supporting CEO identifying new opportunities
-steering high impact initiatives, company strategic projects, integration/corporate action projects and cross-functional initiatives
-driving the evolution of company culture by identifying and steering cross-organization Change Management initiatives, containing piloting, launch and scale-up of change program, monitoring of progress and tuning if necessary
-supporting the ICT skills development focused on programs that reflect strategic ICT workforce evolution principles
