MISSION

We're looking for an Orders Planning & Reporting Intern that, operating within the Sales Operations function team and directly supporting the Production Scheduling Manager, will have the following mission:

 Commercial scheduling in line with sales priority and PO target
 Take rate revenues of the collected orders
 Orders collection intake
 Wholesales target logistics fesibility
 Last forecast gate release date accuracy
 FuoriSerie orders scheduling and monitoring
 Reporting

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 Support the definition of commercial scheduling tool managing commercial priority in accordance with PO target and production constraints;
 Dealing with markets in orders to manage orders intake, priority and New MY orders opening;
 Dealing with Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing in order to get proper information about SOP, production delay or block, constraints;
 Updating and monitoring last forecast gate release in order to get the market able to reach wholesale and retail target;
 Monitoring critical/VIP cars
 Deal with Special Equipment team in order to manage and schedule Fuoriserie orders properly

In order to be successful you will need:

- Degree in in Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering or related degree;

- English language: proficient both in speaking and writing is mandatory (B2 level minimum); 

- Office Package in particular excel 

- Team working, accuracy and analytical abilities.
