Prometeon Tyre Group manufactures and sells tires especially for industry, transport of goods and passengers, and AGRO and OTR applications. Officially established in 2017 as a spin-off from the industrial division of PIRELLI Tyre, Prometeon starts its path producing and selling PIRELLI branded tires. Nowadays, the company is progressively developing a multi-brand and multi-product approach, widening its technological expertise. Each tire is the result of #PrometeonTechnology engineering work focused on innovation with the aim of offering the right solution to our customers.

Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a Credit Management Intern that will join the AFC Team based in the HeadQuarter of the Group in Milan.

He/she will support the team in the following key duties:

- Collecting information on a monthly basis from the countries via email such as aging reports, Accrual files.

- Uploading Accrual files from excel into HFM.

- Making controls between aging reports, SAP and Procredit.

- Downloading aging reports into excel from Procredit.

- Checking Receivable factoring amounts received from the countries in excel with the ones reported in HFM and preparing factoring report.

- Collecting aging figures (DSO, Overdue, Receivable) for main OE customers from the countries and preparing the report.

- Preparing the Collection Forecast files for main countries (downloading reports from ProCredit and pasting them into excel files)

- Involvement and support for ad hoc analysis for specific credit management KPI, e.g. Overdue/Receivables, Risk/Receivables

Master’s (preferable)/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering

Studies or work experience abroad is a plus (Erasmus, work & travel)

Fluent Italian, English

Good IT skills, MS-Office (Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint, …)

Skills

Good presentation and communication skills in more than one language

Excellent Soft-Skills and teamwork abilities

Flexible approach to work and able to work under pressure

Ability to organize workload, be self-motivated to ensure deadlines are achieved

Ability to work alone on own initiative and as part of a team
