Within the Group Financial Reporting Risk & Data Quality area we are looking for 2 people as Data Quality Analyst. One resource for a maternity cover and the other one for a internship.
With regard to the management of Financial and Non-Financial Reporting Risk and the Data Quality Management, mainly:
• Support the definition of Accounting policies, valuation methodology, Chart of Accounts and new reporting/KPI from the Internal Control System perspective
• Monitoring of the evolution of the related projects, supporting and following the evolution of administrative and accounting procedures and related controls
• Perform process mapping, Data Quality (financial/non-financial) risk assessment, test of control activities, walkthrough test activities, benchmark analysis, data directories filling-in
• Support for the assessment of the organizational, administrative and accounting structure and system and for the drafting of the relevant institutional reporting
• Support in the periodic management reporting to the head of unit and support for the institutional reporting
• Support the development of the Group IT system, through the definition of functional requirements related the process mapping, process control and entity level control
• Networking with other GHO functions and Group Legal Entities
Key resposanbilities of the role will include:
• Effective implementation of the Data Quality model for a Financial and Non-Financial Reporting, in Assicurazioni Generali and Generali Group Entities

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
• 1-3 years of experience regarding internal control activities and organizational context
• Graduate in economics or management engineering (Master in economics will be a plus)
• Knowledge of audit technique and tools (knowledge of ACL and Ms Access will be a plus)
• Highly energetic and proactive approach
• Strong achievement and result oriented
• Resilient & willing the extra effort and travelling
• Cooperative & cross functional approach and work in group attitude
Nice to have
• Audit certification (CIA will be a plus)
• Previous audit experience in BIG4 or similar
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), DAMA Data Quality or similar Certification
• Experience on Informatica - AXON suite
• Experience in data management, modeling, architecture and data design
• Other languages (French, German, Spanish)
