We are searching for a Finance Analyst for a maternity leave in our Finance Team in Milan.
Key Tasks
- Month end close and journals preparation for assigned contracts within Business Unit (reviewing reconciliation of monthly PO and invoiced values to establish monthly accruals; review billing values; tracking of monthly labour costs to confirm recharges)
- Production of monthly review pack for Business Unit supporting lead operators in understanding variances to expected results and in implementing corrective actions in case needed
- Production of monthly client report for QBR meeting and availability to take active part on client review meeting
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
- Tracking of glidepath savings
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Business Partnering with the local operations teams to generate savings initiatives
- Ad-hoc reports and analysis.

- Education: Degree in business administration or equivalent. Strong academics and/or professional financial qualification.
- Experience: 2-3 years in finance department of a large company; US GAAP and SOX controls experience beneficial
- Skills: Fluent in English, PC literate (proficient in excel, knowledge of PSFT, AX - Dynamics, Hyperion, SAP advantageous); excellent verbal and written communication;
- Attitude: can-do attitude and resilient; logical and analytical; results driven; good team player and partnering skills
