The intern will be part of Caivano (NA) plant HR Team. In this capacity, the HR Advisor will mainly support on HR functions Tasks and will also be involved in upcoming projects related to digital transformation.
The role will report to the Site HRBP Manager.
Main tasks:
- Support on WCM and continuous improvement activities;
- Support in implementing HR global projects;
- Support in gathering training needs and all materials and documents to perform training
- Create monthly deck and follow internal communication activities
- Support in sharing and land into the factory EU Supply Chain best practices and activities
- Support the HR Business Partner on recruiting, training, development, compensation and reward.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degreed in Management Engineering, Economics, Political Sciences, Law or Similar
- Very fluent English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Good communications skills
- "Think out of the box" mindset
- Basic knowledge of Italian Labour law will be considered a plus
