We are currently looking for a International HR Internship in our HR Department for the following functions:
To perform the recruiting and selection activities regarding any new process within his/her area of responsibility.
· To open the process in SSFF R&S module
· To follow up all the process according to the Process Guide (10 steps)
· To perform the screening of the candidates in Linked In and phone interviews.
· To deliver the surveys (PI, PLI, GR8, IQ, EQ-i)
· To prepare all the necessary documents of the R&S process such as offer letter and so on...
To make the LGMS a reality within Celsa Group by advising the Managers on how to follow the 8 Steps of the Development Pillar

· PDIS integrated with LMS
· The individual development plan
To deliver support to the HR community in the application of the different subprocesses with special focus on first 3:
