Providing administrative support to local HRM, managers and employees on HR processes,
systems and policies
Assisting in monthly payroll inputs
Data clean up into relevant data management systems
Accurate maintenance of employee files
Preparing HR reports from personnel records
Interaction with the different HR Centre of Excellence in the Region

A Human Resources Intern, under the supervision of the local GO HR Mgr, will support to
managers and employees on HR processes and systems. We are looking for a University student
with some experience in HR area who wants to develop his/her career in a world class
organization. Preferred candidate will be involved in most of the projects and will have the opportunity of
professionally growing.


Requisitos mínimos
Pursing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations: Familiar with labor
contracts regulations, professional categories, any other Spanish contracts requirements
Proficiency in office skills including PC skills, Microsoft products knowledge (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to operate standard office equipment
Strong comfort with technology and social media tools
Good time management and planning skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish
Willingness to learn and participate in the daily operations of human resources
Ability to learn new concepts, tools and processes
Fluent in English
EU Work Permit
Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to
be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and
Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring.
