Global Competence Center Methodologies & Standards is responsible to ensure the quality of services and projects delivered by Software Development Teams through the definition of standards and methodologies, regardless of their geography, with specific focus on:

  • Quality of provided services and projects delivered by CSF ICT through the definition of standards and methodologies;
  • Implementation and managing of Software Quality technologies and Services (Test automation, Automatic code Scan, Test environment);  
  • Definition of the Company process management standards (included the related risks and controls) in term of mapping, design and adjustments;
  • Managing the “Quality Assessments” focusing on the entire software lifecycle.

    Key tasks and responsibilities

    • Ensure the quality of provided services and projects delivered by our internal Software Development Teams through the definition of standards and methodologies
    • Support the internal Software Development Teams on the entire Software Development Life Cycle processes
    • Consolidating and coordinating the quantitative analysis leveraging on a proper adoption of functional size measurement methodologies (eg. “Function Points”) on both application development and clusters’ maintenance
    • Increasing, managing and supporting the internal Project Management Community, acting as evangelist to Project Manager (eg through Webinar, Blog, etc), spreading out "best practices" & "guidelines"

 

Team consists of people across multiple German and Italian locations.

Requirements

 

  • Students Enrolled in the following majors: Computer Engineering (or equivalent), Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics
  • Basic understanding of overall Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative thinking and a good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in team with good communications skills
  • Attitude to work by project with focus on deadlines 
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken/written)
