Description

The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners. They act as the main interface between Business Units globally and Allianz Technology, dedicated to provide IT standard services. 

Based in the headquarters, the team is responsible for prioritization of back-office investments and fostering harmonization of processes, through the implementation of the target platforms, so called ABS – Allianz Business Solution. 

The resource will be dedicated to GBM to support the local Team of Business Analyst with the following tasks: 
##Support in gathering and harmonize local business needs 
##Follow-up developments, test and support Business Units migration 
##Support Test of new functionalities developed into the system 
##Support Non regression Test in the system before new releases 
##Constantly monitor and report on progress to the management and all stakeholders 
##Support to reporting and planning consolidation 

Requirements

##Fluency in written and spoken English 
##Collaborative, with the ability to work across multiple teams 
##Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Project) 
##Experience in project management /Agile methodologies is beneficial
