Sales Support activities for supporting the Fleet commercial area on EMEA perimeter, in particular:
1. Support the management of the whole process of IFA proposals and International Tenders:
· Receive the request from IKAM and collect all the informations/feedback from different stakeholders (Markets, Legal, Finance,..)
· prepare the specific documentation for the approval
· Upload the proposal in the systems/tool
2. Reporting on IFA and Tenders status (various requests) and consolidation of IKAMs volumes by client
3. Updating the Commercial Standard Policy of the Countries, useful as reference for IFA proposals and International Tenders and share with Finance
4. Supporting VIN check and Bonus payment:
· Check the validity of the Registrations for the Bonus payment
· Provide the report of the VIN check to IKAM and, if missing, manage the supplier code creation (process that involves IKAM, Client, Purchasing Department)
· After confirmation from IKAM and client, support the payment process with the activities needed
The candidate would ideally be from Economics.
She/he must have a good Excel expertise and speak a fluent English.
