Sales Planning (Sales Department - Africa Importers & Traders)

 

Work closely with area managers to guarantee achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, quota) and financials (Revenues, Margins, Trading Profit) for specific areas.

 

MAIN TASKS

•          Age stock management 

•          To contribute in defining the commercial targets

•          To constantly stay in touch with General Distributors to identify opportunities and/or anticipate issues

•          Monitor and analyze the commercial targets achievement and, in case of critical issues, propose recovery plans

•          To act as “link” between the Distributor and FCA Headquarter

•          To support the spread of best practices among Countries

Requirements

•          Student in Economics – Management Engineering – Statistics

•          Analytical skills

•          Proactive and self-starter

•          Strong attention to detail

•          Ability to respond and adapt to new challenges on a daily basis

•          Proficient in Excel. Competent in other Microsoft Office applications

•          Team working ability

•          Fluent in English (B2/C1)
