STAGE POST LAUREA - HR DATA ANALYST

We are looking for an HR Data Analyst Junior to support Human Resources Reporting team.

With the aim to boost reporting effectiveness, to deepen HR analytics and to build new descriptive and predictive analysis, the resource will be primary responsible to collect data, to support the update, and the preparation of reports and insights and other statistical data for HR community and Business stakeholders.

She / He will support to maintain, develops and ensure quality control of databases and will assist in development and implementation of new measurement and display systems. Moreover the resource will participate in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate and to prepare statistical and narrative reports using qualitative and quantitative analyses focused on people analytics, workforce trends, demographics, turnover and other HR KPIs in order to establish robust content that helps senior management and HR leaders to better understand the story and trends regarding their workforce.

Support on the following activities:

·         Collecting, compiling, analyzing information from all available

          Data-sets and ad-hoc analysis reports from various databases at the request of business.

·         Perform processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.

·         Maintain and set up standardized HR reporting for internal HR and external business                   units.

·         Prepare well-documented presentations.

·         Support data analytics/metric improvement initiatives.

·         Gathering external benchmark on HR KPIs.

Requirements

·         Recent Master degree / doctorate preferably in (Social) Statistics, Economics, Mathematics,           Physics, Informatics or  Engineering

·         Attitude and wish to have a significant experience on social analytics

·         Fluent English and Italian languages (written and oral)

·         Use judgment to interpret the results and to scope investigation

·         Clear, effective communication to various corporate roles

·         Written, verbal, and visual presentation of data

·         Ability to synthesize, simplify and abstract complex analyses

·         Deep knowledge of MS Excel and MS office suite
