Role: support of Digital Projects within Customer Experience - Sales & Marketing department.
Activities and Processes: current Digital tools perimeter monitoring (mainly Finance Calculator), maintenance and assistance requests tracking and follow up, managing and attending meetings and conf call with Providers, Brands and Markets.
Involvement in New Projects for Digital Platforms/Tools to support Customer Journey across FCA bank European perimeter:
- Meetings management, minutes and follow up according to Project Planning
- Project status and documentation updates
- Business and functional requiremetns definition and assessment across EU markets

Educational path: Economics degree / Engineering management degree
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level C1)
- Good knowledge of Office package (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to recognize and manage priorities.
