Webuild is looking for a young Warehouse Assistant for an internship to start a training course within the Warehouse Management department of a construction site located in Bressanone - Bolzano

Responsibilities

The candidate, alongside the Site Warehouse Manager, will be involved in the following activities:

Supporting the procurement of Materials:

·       Analysing Requests generated by the Operational Units of the site;

·       Preparing Purchase Requests and monitoring progress;

·       Reporting development and updates;

Supporting Supply Flow management and analysis:

·       Analysing available stocks in the warehouse and article rotation;

·       Analysing request/availability ratio for all product types for the entire project duration;

·       Monitoring and optimizing stock levels (value, coverage, deadlines, etc.)

·       Preparing stock trends for each item, quantity, value, also identifying eventual future excess risks;

·       Analysing the physical positioning strategy compared to movement classes;

·       Analysing positive and negative inventory gaps and improvement plans;

·       KPI Development, Reporting and Monitoring;

Physical Stock Management

·       Controlling and receiving inbound materials;

·       Stocking and checking stocked materials;

·       Preparing and shipping outbound materials;

·       Warehouse Operational Performance Analysis

Degree preferably in Engineering or Economics or similar;

·       Fluent English;

·       Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Power Point)
