Main activities:
Talent Acquisition:
· Managing the talent acquisition process (Job Description, Screening, phone interviews etc.)
· Support in internship activations
· Employer Branding projects support
Internal communication:
· Working on different projects at local and global level
· Organize Company meetings and events
· Support in creation and delivery of the internal communication plan and strategy
Training:
· Organize and follow up all the Learning and training activities (logistics and communication)
· Register all the learning activities enrolled
· Support for Audit Process
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Psychology with a focus on HR
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
- Strong knowledge of MsOffice, canva, etc.
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, positive thinking, proactive and open-minded
The workplace will be mainly in Milan, according to the NewWay2.Work (blended model & flexibility) implemented in the company.
